We are looking for a savvy customer service and marketing associate. You’re comfortable with 21st century approach such as utilization of social media, data collection and analysis. This role is to lead and assist in growing and strengthening relationships of existing and potential clients/customers, with a focus on excellent customer service.
This role may involve 30% operations such as shifts scheduling to accommodate demands. This is a casual and part-time position during school year and may become a full-time role during winter/summer camps and PA days.
Ideal candidate has strong customer service, sales, administration, organizational, and basic marketing knowledge. This vital role is responsible for excellent customer service and customer enrollment growth, as well as customer retention. This role is also closely tied to the operations namely coordinating resources and demands, scheduling, marketing events, social media engagement/marketing, and answering questions through phone, email, or in-person.

Customer Service and Marketing Associate
- Delight visitors and customers (parents and students)
- Grow customer enrollment and retain existing customers through superior customer service
- Coordinate course scheduling with instructors
- Follow up, answer phones, make phone calls, write/answer emails
- Assist with answering questions from customers
- Office administration
- Promote Alpha Coding curriculum and communicate core values
- Participate in and assist with event planning, organizing, and leading, e.g. camps, fair, private events such as birthday parties, PA day, open house, marketing events, etc.
Requirements
- Experience in providing superior customer service
- Experience in sale, basic marketing, and administration
- Superior communication skills in both verbal and writing
- Exceptional planning capability and organizational skills
- Punctual, excellent work ethic, and attention to detail
- Adaptable and open to learning new technology and computer software
Preferred
- Experience as a camp director or camp counselor
- Flexible schedule
- CPR training
- Experience in customer service/marketing role in coding boot camp or similar technology learning centre
