Taiyang Chen: Ph.D. student in Computer Science at Cornell University. Current research focuses on computer systems and security. Holds a B.S. degree in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University.
Kaimin Hu: Ph.D student in Computer Engineering at University of Wisconsin – Madison, interested in doing research in Low-Power consumption embedded systems and architectures, focusing on developing new special purpose embedded systems. Love to brain storm creative and innovative ideas. Graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with B.S. in ECE degree.
Yanjun Jin: Undergrad student in Computer Engineering at Penn State University with interests in communication and intelligent systems. Member of the Penn State Intelligent Ground Vehicle Competition team. Likes all high-tech related innovative research topics, especially on communications and wireless technologies. Worked in Motorola Asia Research Lab.
Zhou Kang: Undergraduate at Tepper School of Business, Carnegie Mellon University, graduating in 2013 with a degree in Business Administration. Prior to joining the team, worked as summer analyst in Seilern Investment Management Ltd. (London) in summer 2010, and as summer intern PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in summer 2009. Interest lies in financial industry, e.g. value investing, and investment banking.
Jingyi Ni: Senior of Computer Science at Carnegie Mellon University with interest in OS and distributed systems. Recently hired by Microsoft to work on the Windows team as a software design engineer after graduation in 2011.
Bo Peng: Ph.D. student in Computer Science at Cornell University. Current research focuses on cloud computing and networking. Especially interested in scalability and consistency issues in distributed systems. Recent experience includes web services in mobile ad-hoc networks, multicast communication for WAN applications, and dynamic content management for CDN networks. Loves to work with smart, energetic, and creative people. Enjoys absorbing edgy knowledge and sensing technology revolutions. Holds a B.S. degree in Information Security from Fudan University.
